Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse, shop, and enjoy Dirty Cookie, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, or other assistive tools. Making dirtycookie.com easier to use for as many people as possible is part of how we do business.

What we are working toward

Our goal is for dirtycookie.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim the site is fully conformant yet. Accessibility is ongoing work for us. We review our pages with automated accessibility testing tools and fix issues as we find them, such as color contrast, image descriptions, and keyboard navigation.

Known limitations

Some parts of the shopping experience are provided by third parties, including checkout, payment forms, product reviews, embedded videos, and social media feeds. We do not fully control how accessible those pieces are, but we raise issues with the providers when we find them. Some older pages and images may still be missing descriptions or have other gaps. We are working through them.

It helps if you tell us the page you were on, what got in the way, and what device or assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within two business days, and we will do our best to help you get what you need another way while we fix the problem.
