Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! We offer branded packaging, custom stickers, and postcards featuring your logo or message. Minimums apply, and pricing and timelines may vary depending on the request. Share your idea with us—we’re all about making it happen.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Since we bake and ship fresh to order, we typically need at least one week’s notice for large orders of 50+. If your order includes customization, please allow an extra week or more, depending on the printing requirements. That said, we know things come up at the last minute—feel free to email us at corporate@dirtycookie.com, and we’ll do our best to make it work!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes—for self-service orders of $1,000 or more (before shipping), you'll automatically receive 10% off. Shipping isn’t included in the discount, and it can’t be combined with other promotions.

Do you have any products for dietary restrictions?

Our cookie factory is kosher certified.
